The prices are indicated in AUD dollars, excluding the flights unless you are eligible. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one stated at the time of the order.

If you wish to place an Order for Products available on the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Order including, without limitation, your name, your email, your phone number, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or any other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your order.

Payment is due immediately for pay in full and if you have paid your deposit - full payment is due 30 days prior to the retreat start date.

Payment can be made through any of the payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.

This is a boutique retreat. To ensure your experience is as transformative as possible, the retreats are limited to a maximum of 10 women.

If you choose to cancel, having another woman replace your cancellation becomes less likely as we come closer to a retreat date. My cancellation policy reflects this.

We do not offer full tuition refunds inside 3 months from the date of the retreat. However, part of your payment may be used as credit for another retreat or online course to be taken within two years of your original retreat date.

The tuition cancellation schedule is below:

Your payment is refundable less a $500 administration charge for cancellations received in writing up to 60 days prior to your event commencement.

Deposits/payments are transferable to other retreats up to 2 years from the original invoice date if outside of the 60 day window.

Credits are not offered for a participant arriving late or leaving early.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the unlikely circumstance that Sarah Lines has no option but to cancel a retreat, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat or online course, or request a refund of your tuition payment, constituting a full settlement.

Sarah Lines is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

We highly recommend that international guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.

You understand that your participation in the Rose Priestess Soul Retreat is voluntary, and you have the right to refuse to be photographed or recorded at any time during the retreat.
